When will my order be shipped?

Orders typically take 2-4 weeks to be shipped because each piece is carefully inspected and checked by the artist before it is sent out.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be packaged in a custom-made, flat wooden box. The box will be securely sealed and will include your shipping labels, any necessary customs documents, and a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist (if applicable). The package will also include handling gloves for you to use when opening the box and unwrapping your artwork.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping depends on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping costs are calculated before checkout and are included in the total cost of your order. We use premium carriers for all of our shipments.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally using global carriers. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties in the destination country. These duties are in addition to shipping and handling costs and must be paid upon arrival. If your delivery address is in Canada, Japan, Norway, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, we include duty tax in our shipping fee. We cannot discount or reimburse you for customs charges.

How do I declare goods for international orders?

All shipments are declared as limited edition artworks, based on the nature of the piece ordered. We will also declare the shipment as a gift.

Is my order insured while being shipped to me?

Yes, all shipments to our collectors are fully insured from the moment they leave our warehouse until they arrive at your door.

Will I be charged duties and taxes by the customs of my country?

We ship all of our works from our headquarters in The Netherlands. For customers in the EU, we charge VAT at the local rate and this will be automatically displayed during checkout. If you are buying art for a VAT-registered business, please contact us first and we can provide a VAT-exempt invoice.

For shipments outside of the EU, duty tax may be applicable depending on the artwork and customs laws in the destination country. If your delivery address is in Canada, Japan, Norway, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, we include duty tax in our shipping fee to avoid border delays.

What is a Resale Agreement?

A Resale Agreement is a document that is signed by collectors of Street Icons artworks. The agreement states that the collector will not resell their piece for a period of 2 years. The purpose of this agreement is to ensure that the artist’s works are enjoyed by collectors and to give the collector community the first opportunity to purchase any works that may be made available for sale.

How long will shipping take?

Standard shipping of orders typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on location. Express shipping is available upon request.

Does the displayed price include VAT?

The displayed price includes VAT when browsing from a country within the EU. VAT is only required for orders shipping to an address within the EU and will be charged at the local rate. If you are purchasing art for a VAT registered business, please contact us first so that we can provide a VAT exempt invoice.

Where are works dispatched from?

All works are shipped from our headquarters in The Netherlands.

Which couriers do you use for shipping?

We use FedEx, DHL, and TNT for shipping, along with fine art shipping companies to ensure that your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
